On September 5th, you will receive the first series of videos! Be sure to watch the 'Week One: Jump Start' video by September 8th, so you are prepared to begin to program with the rest of the group on September 10th!
Your 'Jump Start Week' begins on September 10th! If you need to adjust by a few days, that is perfectly fine.
Everyone in the challenge will have access to a private Facebook group. This will help you challenge each other, share tips & recipes, and ask questions. Our nutrition professionals will also be actively posting in the group as well.
There is a video or activity each week, which will be released at least 3 days ahead of time so you can participate on your own schedule.
